NeoReader was one of the first QR code reader apps. Back when phones needed an app to scan a code, NeoReader was the one schools, libraries, museums and tech writers pointed people to.

Phones grew up and the original app was retired. The idea behind it hasn't changed: scanning and making codes should be simple and free.
