Three things an image QR code can mean
People searching for a QR code generator with image usually want one of three things. This page covers all of them:

QR code as PNG, SVG and transparent PNG
Every design downloads as PNG, JPG, WebP, SVG or PDF, in sizes up to print resolution. For a slide, a Word document or an email, PNG is the simple choice. For a poster or packaging, send your designer the SVG.
Turn on the transparent background and the PNG has no white box behind it, so it sits cleanly on a coloured flyer or a photo. Keep the dots dark and the area behind the code light, or it will not scan.
