Most online tools that merge PDF files upload them to a server first. iLovePDF, Smallpdf, PDF24, Adobe Acrobat online and Sejda all process your files on their own servers, then delete them after a while. That is fine for a menu, less fine for a contract, a payslip or a medical letter.
This PDF merger works differently. Your browser reads the files, joins the pages and builds the new PDF on your own device. The documents are never sent to our servers, so there is nothing to delete afterwards.
There is no account, no watermark on the result and no daily task limit. You can combine PDF files as often as you like.
How to combine PDF files into one

- Check the page count shown for each file, so you know you have the right document.
- Drag the files into the order you want them in the final PDF.
- Remove any file you added by mistake.

PDF24 is free with no artificial limits, but it still processes files on its servers.
Here the only real limit is your device. Merging runs on your computer or phone, so a very large set of files needs enough memory, and big files can be slow on an older phone.
